Worry-free compensation plan (liability-free compensation)
When renting a vehicle, the basic plan requires additional purchases. If needed,
you can upgrade to the worry-free plan option , which provides more comprehensive protection.
By joining this program, in the event of an incident, coverage will be provided for **the deductible amount (self-paid amount)** and
NOC (Operating Compensation Costs).

Insurance Types

Personal injury insurance (unlimited per person) provides compensation for medical expenses and other costs incurred by others due to accidents during driving .

Property damage insurance (without limit per accident) covers repair costs for damage caused to other people's vehicles or buildings while driving .

The vehicle insurance premium (up to the vehicle's market value per accident) is 200,000 yen .
This is compensation paid when your rental car is damaged in a traffic accident. It covers expenses such as vehicle repairs . -
Passenger injury insurance (up to 50 million yen per person) covers medical expenses incurred when passengers in the rental car are injured in a traffic accident.
Situations where insurance does not apply to accidents:
Vehicles driven by persons other than the contracting party .
Driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol, or serious negligence.
An accident occurred after the car rental and return period had expired.
An accident occurred, but the police and the company were not contacted (no accident certificate was provided).
Driving on off-road surfaces such as beaches, rivers, forest roads, and racetracks.
A single tire failure (such as a leak) not caused by fire or theft.
Damage to tires, rims, and interior equipment.
Lost keys, dead battery, or lost or stolen items.
Damage or loss of camping supplies such as rooftop tents, sunshades, power banks, bedding, tables, and chairs.
Violation of the lease agreement.

Exemption amount
In the event of an accident, in addition to the insurance compensation, the rental user must pay compensation .
NOC (Non-Operating Compensation)
If an accident renders a vehicle unusable , non-operating compensation (NOC) will be charged.
If the vehicle requires repair or is unable to provide rental services due to an accident, damage, theft, or severe soiling,
Users are required to pay the following amount as non-operation charge (NOC).
You can drive back to the return location yourself: 200,000 yen
Unable to return to the designated location independently: 400,000 yen
Towing and Roadside Assistance Services
In the event of an accident or breakdown, towing and roadside assistance costs are generally covered by insurance. However, if the costs exceed the scope of free services stipulated by the insurance company, or if special rescue vehicles are required, the user will be responsible for any additional costs incurred .
